Return Policy

We have a 2 day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

All returns will be in the form of a website credit note which is valid for 1 month from the date of acceptance of return.

 

Note:- Returns are not available for international orders.


The credit note will be one time redeemable only and cannot be used for multiple billings.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at contact@bonsoir.co.in Once your return is received and accepted, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is accepted, we will generate a unique credit note and notify you about the same.

A flat fee of ₹250/- will be deducted from the credit note as delivery charges for the return of the product.

Customised products cannot be exchanged or returned
